NextEra Foundry is a small, independent product studio based in New Jersey. Every product we build starts from the same premise: technology should help people connect, learn, and act — not distract, mislead, or complicate.
There are thousands of ways to spend a career in software. We chose the ones that felt like they were worth doing.
Most of the products that shape modern life are built to capture attention, optimize engagement, or monetize behavior. We wanted to build something different: tools that leave their users better off than they found them.
That means fewer dark patterns and more plain answers. Fewer walled gardens and more open doors. Fewer features nobody asked for and more things that actually help.
We don't build products for novelty. We build for problems we'd want solved for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
Ideas are cheap; working products are rare. We favor getting something useful into the world over endless planning.
No dark patterns, no manufactured urgency, no hidden costs. If we can't make a product that earns attention honestly, we won't make it at all.
A small team, working on things that matter, can move faster and go deeper than most large organizations ever will.
We're not trying to flip a product or chase an exit. We're trying to make durable tools that are still useful in ten years.
Our products put the three pillars into practice.
